1.2. Presets

The Presets interface is the most advanced level of MyTemplateStorage affiliate program. At the same time, it is the most flexible one in usability and management.

The basic idea of the Presets interface is that once installed it lets you manage the affiliate shop and adjust settings of its elements directly from the control panel. A preset is a saved group of settings that can be applied to a template shop (elements) when it is created.

1.2.1. Presets Settings

To create a preset, navigate to "Main" > "Presets" > "Presets Settings" and add a preset by typing in a desired name for the preset and clicking the "Add Preset" button. Once the preset is created, you can edit, remove, or copy it by pressing an appropriate button. You can still use a preset in your projects even if you did not make any modifications. However, editing it will give you an extra advantage over other affiliates since the non-standard settings of the store will make it look different and unique, increasing your template store's performance.

1.2.1.1. Layout Settings

"Layout settings" gives you an option to select a skin for a template thumbnail out of premade skins, create a custom skin based on premade ones, or start from scratch.

1.8.3. Display FAQ and Terms of Use

This section of your affiliate account allows you to generate custom links to unbranded "FAQ" and "Terms of Use"' documents. You can put links to these documents for your clients to preview before purchase. Just copy and paste the codes onto your web page(s).

1.8.4. Block Templates by Types

This section of your affiliate account enables blocking the displayed templates by types. Just uncheck the checkboxes below to prevent certain types of products from being displayed on your site. Note that this filter will be applied to the templates preview brought up by the "Display Templates" script as well as to search results. IMPORTANT: template filter will be applied to ALL presets.

1.8.5. Turn on/off Merchant Systems

Here you can turn on and off the merchant systems you want your customers to use. You can also change the order of the merchant systems displayed on the purchase page. Note that some of the merchant systems can't be turned off by default.

1.8.6. Get Template

This feature is useful to those affiliates who have not earned a commission big enough to withdraw their earnings using one of the available payment options, but would like to get a compensation for their efforts in marketing products. This feature will allow you to get any product from Templatemonster.com using your commission with a 20% discount, however you can not get templates that have zero downloads. To get the template using your commission, you should specify the product number and press "Submit". Our system will check if your commission is enough to buy the product and email you instructions on how to download the product. At the same time an appropriate amount (the product price with a 20% discount) will be subtracted from your commissions.

Important Note: We do not make exchanges of the templates ordered and downloaded with the help of "Get Template" feature. Please, be careful when ordering a template using the interface and make sure you enter the correct item number. Instructions on how to download products ordered via the "Get Template" interface are sent to the email associated with your affiliate account. Please, make sure that the email address specified in your "Account Details" is valid.

1.8.7. Change Prices

This feature lets you change prices for products offered to your customers through the referral affiliate program (a referral link or banners). You have a budget of 20% to split between your commission and a discount offered to your clients. Thus, setting the discount for your clients to 5% will reduce your commission from 20% to 15%.

Note: The feature is available only to those affiliates who made at least 5 sales with our affiliate program and applies to the referral program only.
